To get maximum score in Slapster app u just need to change your mouse settings as follows 
1) Click on Start button ---> Control Panel ---> Mouse
2) In Mouse Property dialog box, switch to Pointers Option Tab.
3) Then set Pointer Speed to Fast(Max)
Press OK.
Done.
Now try slapping your so called friend with this setting via Slapster
